Error: Director Player requires 3MB of free virtual memory to run

To stop this error, follow the procedure below.
Right click on My Computer.
Left click on Properties.

Click on the Advanced tab.
Under Performance, click the Settings button.

Click on the Advanced tab.
Under Virtual memory, click the Change button.

Under Drive [Volume Label], click the drive that contains the paging file you want to change.

Under Paging file size for selected drive, select the Custom size option.

Type 384 in the Initial size (MB) text box.

Click the Set button.

Click the OK button.

This should solve the problem -
but you may need to restart your computer
to make sure the changes have taken effect.
