As "design engineers," users build light, medium, or heavy trucks on screen, specifying chassis length, wheel base, engine type, transmission, fuel tank size, suspension, steering, tires and brakes.

Truck Builder teaches principles involved in building powerful, aerodynamic, efficient and safe trucks. It enhances problem-solving skills, and fosters an elementary knowledge of physics and automotive design.

Truck designs and test results can be printed, compared, and stored for later use or modification.
